EligibilityThe Services are intended for organizational use only. Users must be authorized representatives or personnel of the subscribing organization.TheWe reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if usage violates these Terms.
User AccountsUsers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted under their accounts.Unauthorized access or security breaches must be reported promptly.
Subscription and FeesAccess to Personar may be subject to a subscription agreement, which may be managed offline through contractual arrangements and invoicing.Pricing, subscription terms, and service scope shall be defined on a per-organization basis.
